Jim Waltz
President

Jim Waltz serves as President of Traffic Marketplace. In this role, Jim oversees an extensive, multi-channel network featuring broad reach (120 million users per month) across all online advertising formats, and a variety of pricing alternatives. Jim is responsible for driving product strategy and launches as well as positioning the company’s value proposition in the marketplace to advertisers and publishers. 

Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, Jim was CEO of adModus where he was responsible for the company's overall strategy, direction, and execution. Jim also served as the President and CEO of Conducive, a company dedicated to targeting and delivering ROI-driven messages for advertisers at the precise moment of critical purchase decisions. Jim also held several positions at DoubleClick, including VP of Strategic Sales. In this position, Jim oversaw West Coast sales for the reunified DoubleClick Media division.  Jim was a co-founder Digital Music Network, an early web design and ad network company.

Jim earned his BA in Economics from the University of Maine where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Ryan Becker
Vice President, Publisher Development

Ryan Becker serves as Traffic Marketplace's Vice President of Publisher Development, bringing over ten years of management and business development experience working with media and technology companies.

Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, Ryan was part of the management team at ContextWeb, where he oversaw the company’s Publisher Development and Platform Sales businesses. While at ContextWeb, Ryan was instrumental in making their ADSDAQ exchange the leading independent advertising exchange. Before ContextWeb, Ryan was responsible for creating distribution channels for Undertone Networks, where he focused on strategic partnerships with some of the largest online publishers. Ryan has also worked at two start-up technology companies, XDrive Technologies and 3Path, Inc. where he directed strategy planning and business development.
 
Ryan received his BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.

Lynn D’Alessandro
Senior Vice President, Sales

Leading the national sales efforts for Traffic Marketplace, Lynn D'Alessandro works with clients and agencies on branding and performance-based marketing programs that deliver maximum return on investment. Prior to the formation of Connexus, and the merger of Vendare Media and Netblue, Lynn served as Vice President of Sales for Traffic Marketplace and Vendare Media, where she assumed responsibility for developing and managing national sales.

Before joining Traffic Marketplace, Lynn served as sales manager for the Internet Gaming division of Vivendi Universal, at the time the world's largest Internet games operation, with 14 million users in the U.S. alone. Lynn has also held positions at Uproar and iWin.com, where she helped launch the company and develop its advertising sales organization. Lynn brings to Connexus more than a decade’s experience in sales, including several years with a corporate hotel where she focused on acquiring and contracting new accounts within the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial and entertainment industries. She secured the largest deal in the hotel's nine-year history.

Lynn holds a BA in Psychology and Education from Rosemont College in Pennsylvania.

Sheldon Owen
Vice President, Lead Generation Network

Sheldon Owen serves Traffic Marketplace as the Vice President of the Lead Generation Network. With over 15 years of experience in technology sales and marketing, Sheldon leads the company's direct sales efforts by offering a diversified, multi-channel approach to connect advertisers with targeted customers though a performance-driven marketing platform. 

Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, Sheldon was part of the co-founding team at Armorpoint, Inc. where he helped launch the company and led all sales and online marketing initiatives, growing revenues by 480% and successfully closing multiple deals with Fortune 500 customers.

Before starting Armorpoint, Sheldon was a key executive of a $300 million business unit for Computer Associates (NYSE: CA) where he was responsible for all marketing and business development strategies for the Western U.S. and grew the territory by more than 100% during his tenure.    

Sheldon holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix and received Executive Mentor Leadership training from Harvard Business School.

David Razavi
Vice President, Technology

David Razavi, Traffic Marketplace's Vice President of Technology, has over 20 years of software development and management experience with a proven track record of successful team building, and product development.
  
Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, David served as Vice President of Engineering at Experian Interactive. He also held the position of Executive Vice President of Engineering for LowerMyBills, an Experian Company, where he was in charge of all product development, technology and website.

David is a frequent industry speaker and member of several advisory boards working with Greylock, Accel Partners and Securent (Cisco).

David holds Bachelor degrees in computer science and applied mathematics from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Qayed Shareef
General Manager, Display Network

Qayed Shareef serves as the General Manager of the Display Network for Traffic Marketplace. He oversees publisher development, campaign management and ad operations. With 13+ years of marketing, sales and operations experience, Qayed's efforts help drive the growth of the display network and its brand advertisers and publishers.

Prior to joining Traffic Marketplace, Qayed served as the COO for Premier Group Services, which he co-founded in 2004. Qayed quickly recruited, hired and managed a sales force of 150 licensed agents and made PGR&L a recognized leader in its space through online marketing efforts in search and email.

Qayed also served in management roles at Drapers.com, Cheetahmail and Lowermybills.com, contributing to the growth and success of these companies in their early stages.
